I-84 Stretch Reopens After Crash Involving Overturned Tractor-Trailer

A crash involving an overturned tractor-trailer caused the hours-long closure of a stretch of I-84.

The closure was on the eastbound side near Exit 4 in Danbury on Tuesday morning, Oct. 13.

The crash occurred just after 6:30 a.m. and the lanes remain closed during the accident investigation by Connecticut State Police through about 10:30 a.m., when the lanes reopened.
